1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, name) and data about your learning preferences, progress, and interactions with the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to personalize your learning routes, generate adaptive assessments, track your progress, and improve the Service. We use AI models to process your learning data and generate content tailored to your level and goals.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure infrastructure. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.
4. AI Processing
Learning Routes uses third-party AI services to generate learning content and assessments. Your learning preferences and progress data may be sent to AI providers to generate personalized content. We do not share personally identifiable information with AI providers.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.
We also use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used. It records the pages you visit, the page that sent you here, your device, browser, screen size and language, and an approximate location (country and city) worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself. It sets two cookies, _ga and one whose name starts with _ga_, which last up to two years and let it tell one visit from another without knowing who you are. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these cookies are not set, and Google receives only measurements that carry no cookie or identifier. None of this data is used for advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google explains how it handles the data at policies.google.com/privacy.
On the public pages (the home page, these legal pages, sign-in and sign-up) we also use Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how people use them. It records clicks, mouse movements and scrolling, which it turns into heatmaps and session replays, along with your device, browser and approximate location. Clarity masks the text on the page and anything you type, so a replay shows the layout but not the words. It sets two cookies, _clck (one year, recognizes a returning browser) and _clsk (one day, groups the pages of one visit), and Microsoft may set MUID (one year). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland Clarity does not set these cookies. Microsoft explains how it handles the data at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
